Where We Are Now?
We started in 2018, 20th October, At that time there was not an official team or any official place of the place to work, discuss and conduct our activities.Now, we are settled in Mahendra Nagar, Javsai, Ambernath. Where we have an office for the NGO, a Computer class, a Women’s office where women we conduct all the activities related to women, also a classroom for children. We started with a team of three and today we are a network of more than 200 people. We are now a registered NGO from almost 3 Years. We started teaching 6 students and we reach almost 600 students Daily now. We are running Tutions at or activity center since we have started our NGO, It was free of cost till October 2021. After that, we started charging fees from the students so as to fulfill the necessities of classrooms. Also, we started giving them mid-day meals in the tuition. Around 250-350 students visit daily in the Tuitions.
We are teaching Computer to students since 2020. Initially, we were not having more than 2 Computers. So we used to teach 5 Students dividing them into batches only on Saturday and Sunday. But after watching our hard work, we have got around 12 computers in donations so we have made a computer lab for students. where we are charging 100 Rs. per month and providing them a certified Computer Course along with that providing them a small educational kit. We are running 4 parallel batches of Computer from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm 1 hour each different trainer for each batch Containing 20 students.
We are also running Tuitions at Different Vit Bhathhis currently covering 10 of them. We want to give underprivileged children an equal right to get qualifications in a proper manner. We usually start by visiting different vitt Bhathhis for conducting surveys, then we plan accordingly their curriculum and then execute. Along with the academics our plan includes games and other fun activities also. We provide them mid-day meals also.
Now, Our Ultimate mission is to bring 100% Literacy to India. We Believe that Literacy creates Employment opportunities and Employment will Lead to Hunger free India, we will be free from poverty with a decrease in the crime rate. We feel enthusiastic in contributing ourselves for transforming our Developing nation to a Developed nation by Spreading Knowledge.
Numbers and Statistics
Below graph is the Appropriate reflection of our hardwork in spreading knowledge. We started from 10% Literacy Rate in Mahendra Nagar and till now we have achieved more than 75% Literacy rate till now of not only the children but also we have Achieved 38% Women Literacy Rate. We not only focus to make them understand the importance of Studies. but also we teach them moral values, along with the Indoor and Outdoor games like Carrom, Chess, Ludo and Kho-Kho, Badminton, Kabaddi etc. We also include other Extra-Curricular activities like Dance, Singing, Mehendi, Rangoli, Drawing Competitions not only for students but also for women. We focus on all over Progress of the Children. Definitely with this growing world we believe in the religion of Humanity and we teach these moral values to our Children also, every year we celebrate all the festivals obeying all the religions. We also try to give our students opportunities to show case their talent by organizing annual functions, to learn working with a team by Organizing a Fun-fair at our locality. etc. We also show them Movies through Projector which gives a social message. Also, we arrange a yearly camp to build a Leader within each of them. Our NGO is not less than a school. Students Wear Casual only that makes a difference.
